Strategy Council
The Strategy Council advises Temot International Management in all aspects concerning the strategic framework and the factors that will have to be the scope of Temot International over the medium and long-term. It qualifies and endorses new initiatives and proposals on the behalf of the shareholders.. It is elected every two years from the Shareholders Assembly and it is also the Supervisory Board of the organisation.
Products and Suppliers Council (PSC)
The Products and Suppliers Council (PSC) represents the overall interests of the group by supporting and advising Temot International Management on all issues related closely to suppliers and products. Product and Suppliers Council members are selected carefully and represent the interest of all shareholders. All the members are highly recognised individuals with leading and deciding power within their own organisations.
The PSC was established in 2004 and represents more than 70% of the overall Temot International purchasing volumes. The Council ensures that all product and supplier-related decisions are passed through the decision-making process seamlessly. Next to the above responsibilities, the PSC provides also advice and monitors the Temot International data projects.

Garage Concepts Council (GCC)
The Garage Concepts Council consists of the responsible garage concept managers of the Temot International shareholders. The Garage Concepts Council deals with needs and solutions for the garages, amortisation of costs, international services like warranty/mobility, garage quality, standards and accreditation, diagnostics, repairability, training – hotline as well as new business opportunities for the relevant shareholders.
