The TEMOT International Network consist of two pillars:
Passenger Cars and

Both Networks interact with each other but retain their own structure, Shareholders, Suppliers and administration. The TEMOT Passenger Cars Network has 70 Shareholders active on five continents. TEMOT Suppliers are selected and classified according to numerous qualitative and quantitative criteria. The aim is to create a competitive circle of Suppliers per product category. Suppliers are selected without discrimination or bias – the market and the individual performance of each partner decides their success. International Procurement activities at local and regional levels are of fundamental importance for all the Shareholders of TEMOT. The organization of either joint or separate purchasing as part of international procurement aims to reduce costs by leveraging volumes, structuring complex Supplier relationships and utilizing system improvements to reduce external outflows while improving quality and Supplier performance.
In order to prosper and remain sustainably competitive, TEMOT Shareholders need to improve their control over all aspects of costs while optimizing their processes to become more efficient and agile. Procurement activities mainly involve Vendor Management, Product Category Management, Joint Purchasing and Tendering.
